Guess The Number Contest Rules

Participants must be 18 years or older to participate in the contest.

How to Play:

The type of contest: Contest A (Exact Number) or Contest B (Closest Without Going Over) will be announced before the start of the contest!

  1. Guess The Number (Live Chat Only): When prompted by the host posting GUESSES ARE OPEN in the chat, type a single number within the specified range (e.g., 1 to 999) into the chat. For example: "123." ONLY ONE (1) GUESS per participant is allowed. Submitting more than ONE (1) GUESS, even if it's the same number guessed, will result in disqualification.
  2. No Edits or Deletions: Once you have entered your guess, do not edit, retract, or delete it. Any changes will result in disqualification and may lead to being banned from the channel. This rule ensures fairness and transparency.
  3. Closing Guesses: Guesses will close after a set period. No additional guesses will be accepted once the host announces that guessing is over and posts GUESSES ARE CLOSED. Ensure your guess is entered before the announcement.

*Chat moderators will monitor guesses to ensure compliance with the rules. Moderators may also participate in the contest, but their entries will be independently reviewed for fairness.*

How to Win:

The type of contest: Contest A (Exact Number) or Contest B (Closest Without Going Over) will be announced before the start of the contest!

  1. Contest A: Exact Number Contest: Participants must guess the exact number generated by the RNG Randomizer app live on stream.
    • If no participant guesses the exact number, no winner will be declared for this contest.
    • In case of a tie (multiple participants guessing the same winning number), the first valid guess based on the order of chat posting will win.
  2. Contest B: Closest Without Going Over Contest: Participants must guess the number closest to the generated number without exceeding it.
    • If all guesses exceed the generated number, another number will be randomly generated and this process will repeat until a winner is determined.
    • In case of a tie (multiple participants guessing the same closest number), the first valid guess based on the order of chat posting will win.

Random Number Generation: After the guessing period closes, the winning number will be generated live on screen using the "RNG Randomizer" app on a mobile phone. Viewers will be able to see the app interface and the number generation process in real-time. The phone's screen will be clearly visible during this process.

*Contest prize(s) will be announced before each contest in the live stream.

Final Decision: Scratch Action reserves the right to make all final decisions regarding the contest, including, but not limited to, eligibility, rules, winner selection, and prize distribution. All decisions made by Scratch Action are final and binding.

Fair Play: Only one account per person is allowed to enter. Multiple accounts or entries will result in disqualification and may lead to a ban from the channel.
