Guess The Number Contest Rules

Participants must be 18 years or older to participate in the contest.

No purchase necessary to enter this contest. Void where prohibited.

How to Play

  1. Guess The Number: When prompted by the host posting GUESSES ARE OPEN in the chat, type a single number within the specified range (e.g., 1 to 999) into the chat. For example: "123." ONLY ONE (1) GUESS per participant is allowed. Submitting more than ONE (1) GUESS, even if it's the same number guessed, will result in disqualification.
  2. No Edits or Deletions: Once you have entered your guess, do not edit, retract, or delete it. Any changes will result in disqualification and may lead to being banned from the channel. This rule ensures fairness and transparency.
  3. Closing Guesses: Guesses will close after a set period. No additional guesses will be accepted once the host announces that guessing is over and posts GUESSES ARE CLOSED. Ensure your guess is entered before the announcement.

*Chat moderators will monitor guesses to ensure compliance with the rules. Moderators may also participate in the contest, but their entries will be independently reviewed for fairness.*

How to Win

  1. Random Number Selection: A random number generator will determine the winning number during a live stream to ensure transparency.
  2. Winner Selection: The participant who matches the exact number wins. If no participant guesses correctly, a winner will not be declared for this contest. In case of a tie (multiple participants guessing the same number), the first valid guess based on the order of posting in the chat will win.
  3. Contest Prizes: Prizes will be announced before the contest begins. Awards may include monetary amounts or physical items.
  4. Bonus Prize for Scratch Action Members: Scratch Action Members are eligible for a BONUS PRIZE if they win the contest. The Member Bonus will be announced prior to each contest. Example: If the prize is $100 and a $100 Member Bonus is announced, a Member who wins the contest will receive an additional $100, for a total of $200.
  5. Note: Membership is optional and not required to enter or win the contest.

*Prizes are subject to availability. If the advertised prize is unavailable, a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted.*

*For winners outside the U.S., prizes may be issued via PayPal or similar electronic payment methods. Physical prizes for winners outside the U.S. may, at Scratch Action's discretion, be substituted with a monetary prize issued via PayPal or similar electronic payment methods. Participants are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws and accepting potential currency exchange differences.*

Additionally, Scratch Action is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or delayed physical prizes once they are handed over to the postal or courier service. Final Decision: Scratch Action reserves the right to make all final decisions regarding the contest, including, but not limited to, eligibility, rules, winner selection, and prize distribution. All decisions made by Scratch Action are final and binding.

Fair Play: Only one account per person may enter. Multiple accounts or entries will lead to disqualification and potential banning.

Spam Prevention: Spamming or using bots is strictly prohibited and violates YouTube's guidelines.

Claiming Prizes: Winners have 24 hours to contact Scratch Action at contest@scratchaction.com to claim their prize. If unclaimed, the prize will be donated back to the channel.
